I am divorced male, mid 50's, interests are cooking, snow skiing, swimming, occasional concerts, movies -and am a real estate investor. In remodeling this home and other buildings, I take a great deal of pride in good workmanship and quality materials. I have beautiful well behaved Dalmatians, no other pets in household desired.

Currently, the other roommate is a mid forties professional male, who is gone a lot and stays in his room when he is home.

The neighborhood/neighbors - range of ages, upper middle class, quiet and the street ends in a cul-de-sac.

The home has hardwood floors, and good lighting, washer/dryer in downstairs bath. Water, electricity, heat, garbage, sewer are all included. Internet, cable TV and phone are extra. 

For roommates - I seek quiet, respectful individuals with a lot of outside interests and who appreciate a quality environment.

Move in costs are first month and deposit equal to rent amount.
